Amplemarket· spec ads by Miguel Maneira

If I ran Amplemarket’s ads. One film, eleven angles, six channels.

Each ad names who sees it, where, what it asks for and how I’d judge it, and comes with the two or three variants I’d launch it with. Every customer number is one Amplemarket published; the rest are dated and sourced. The ads use Amplemarket’s own type, colours and product screens, not my CV’s.

Before any of this runs: customer names and numbers need the customer’s and legal’s sign-off, and the brand team has the last word on the look. No LinkedIn Ads here: Amplemarket has no LinkedIn company page, so LinkedIn is people posting, in section 08.

01The film · YouTube and Meta video

Monday, 8:59. Twelve tabs become one.

The pain fits in the first five seconds, before anyone can skip: a rep opens a tab for every tool. Then the tabs fold into one, and the film walks through what that one tab does, on Amplemarket’s real screens, ending on three customer numbers.

  1. 0–7sHook: Monday 8:59, a tab for every tool

An angle is the reason someone should care, before any design. The first six are pain plus a receipt: a customer’s number where one exists, otherwise a product fact or my audit. The five new ones use the rest of my method: curiosity, humour, a contrarian view, mass proof and people.

Startup plan is the offer the founder column needed, so it sits in the map as a twelfth row; it rides on the Agents and Cost angles rather than being a reason of its own.

03Meta · cold and retargeting

Cheap attention, so it has to stop the thumb.

Cold on Meta means interest and lookalike audiences built from trial sign-ups, so the creative does the targeting. Warm means site visitors, film viewers and stalled trials. Each ad launches as a batch with one thing changed per variant.

What rivals run on Meta, today

Meta Ad Library, 6 Nov 2026, active ads, all countries. Amplemarket, Nooks, Orum, Outreach, Salesloft and Instantly run none. Three do.

  1. ZoomInfo79 ads 61 are retargeting that drops the marketing copy for a prospect’s own words, mid-demo. Worth taking for the warm ads here: a customer’s line beats ours.
  2. lemlist66 ads Pain first: deliverability, timing, dead follow-ups (24). Multichannel beats email-only, on a 2.6% reply-rate claim (17). ElevenLabs as proof (7).
  3. Apollo46 ads 26 sell AI inside tools the buyer already uses, like running sequences from a Claude chat. 17 are scale: “4M+ teams”.

Nobody on Meta sells consolidation. The O’Reilly ad has that argument to itself; Apollo’s AI and lemlist’s pain are what it sits next to in the feed. Keyword search can miss ads that never name the brand. Raw counts.

G2 figures were read on 4 Nov 2026 and are refreshed before the ad runs.

Why

u/amplemarket · Promoted · spec

One SDR, 5 lines at once. Ask us anything about parallel dialing, including when it’s a bad idea.

We built a parallel dialer into Amplemarket. It’s great for big lists and short openers, and wrong for a 40-account ABM list. Ask away; someone from the team answers every comment this week.

09Art direction

AI makes the scene. The brand goes on in code.

Image models are good at light, desks and hands, and bad at logos, numbers and UI. So they make only the scene, with no text in it; the wordmark, the numbers and real screens are laid on top, as in every creative above. Prompts are written for ChatGPT or Nano Banana.

1 · Monday, 8:59, as a photo

For: Consolidation V2 still, Contrarian bumper frame 1

Overhead photo of a desk at 8:59 on a Monday, a laptop open with many
browser tabs (blurred, unreadable), cold coffee, a phone face down.
Warm dark tones, deep brown #1e1a13 shadows, one cream light source
from the left. 35mm, shallow depth of field. No text, no logos,
no readable screen content.

On top: the tab chips and the headline, in Labil.

2 · The phone in hand

For: SDR humour, Reels background

Close-up of a hand holding a phone, vertical 9:16, screen blank
white and facing camera, soft cream background (#f7f1e8) with a
peach (#ffeed8) gradient. Natural skin tones, clean studio light.
No text, no app UI, no logos.

On top: the inbox rows, composited into the blank screen.

3 · A rep’s desk, real

For: Native V2 thumbnail

Wide shot of a modern sales floor at morning, one person in focus
on a headset looking at a monitor, others soft in the background.
Daylight, pastel accents (violet #d0b2ff, aqua #c6ece9). Candid,
not posed. No readable screens, no logos, no text.

Rule: a generic scene only. Anyone recognisable is a real rep, filmed.

4 · Five lines at once

For: Dialer, Reddit image V2

Five old-style desk phones in a row on a dark brown surface
(#1e1a13), handsets lifted, cords tangled into one, top-down,
graphic and minimal. One green (#47d096) light on the middle phone.
No text, no logos.

On top: “5 lines. One rep.” in Geist Mono and Labil.

Every generated image gets checked at full size before use, and none goes out with a person who could be mistaken for a real customer or employee.

10Test plan

Search first, then find the angle, then feed it.

The order follows the 90-day plan: brand Search from day 1, switch terms from day 31, the rest from day 61, each cut at a target CAC agreed with the CRO. Within a channel every angle gets the same budget and the same weeks, so the result is the angle, not the spend.

10%Native and display

A starting split, not a forecast. LinkedIn people costs time, not media; G2 buyer intent is a subscription, outside the split. After 30 days the money follows cost per qualified opportunity, channel by channel. A trial here is the “Get free trial” form, which opens a demo request: it is worth $864 × the share that book a demo; until that share is known, cost per trial is the early signal and cost per booked demo the verdict.

  1. Measure the right conversion. CRM stages sent back to Google, Meta and Reddit as offline conversions, so bidding learns from pipeline, not form fills.
  2. One variable per variant. Every batch above changes one thing: the headline, the image, the format, the person. Otherwise the winner teaches nothing.
  3. Kill rule. A variant that spends three times the target cost per trial without one is paused.
  4. Scale rule. Under target, budget goes up about 20% every three days, and the angle gets made for the next channel.
  5. Refresh before fatigue. On Meta, new variants of the winner when frequency passes 3 in a week or click-through drops a third.
  6. Sales in the loop. Every week, the reps say which leads were real, and I move budget on that.

Thresholds are where I’d start. Your historic cost per opportunity and sales cycle set the real ones in the first week.
